Terms of use

Acceptance. By using Revolution Race Cars of Tampa Bay's website and services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Services. Revolution Race Cars of Tampa Bay provides motorsports services including vehicle sales, service and race preparation, performance modifications, custom fabrication, transport and trackside support. Race and track services are provided for racing and track use.

Liability and risk. Motorsports activities involve inherent risk. Clients acknowledge that racing and high-performance driving are dangerous and assume the risks of those activities. Revolution Race Cars of Tampa Bay is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage that occur during racing or track activities.

Vehicle modifications. Modifications we perform are intended for racing and track use. Clients are responsible for complying with local laws on modifications to vehicles used on public roads.

Warranty. We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from completion. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, racing damage, or work done by others. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty.

Privacy policy

What we collect. Information you give us: name, email, phone and vehicle details when you contact us, request a service, reserve a car or use My Garage.

How we use it. To provide and improve our services, contact you, process payments and meet legal obligations. We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing. Only with service providers who help us run the business (for example payment processing and hosting), with your consent, or when required by law.

Motorsports disclaimer

Motorsports activities are inherently dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury or death. Participation is at your own risk. Modified vehicles may not be suitable for street use; proper safety equipment and training are essential; insurance coverage may be affected by modifications.
