HyperSport finishes first phase of track testing: 175 laps, four circuits
The HyperSport prototype ran more than 175 laps at Blyton Park, Donington Park, Snetterton and Silverstone in temperatures above 28°C.

Revolution has wrapped the opening phase of on-track development for the HyperSport. The team ran more than 175 laps across four UK circuits: Blyton Park, Donington Park, Snetterton and Silverstone. The factory puts that at two and a half Formula 1 Grand Prix race distances.
What each track tested
- Blyton Park: baseline vehicle dynamics and systems integration.
- Donington Park: high-speed corners and elevation changes, for data on aero stability and suspension.
- Silverstone National: long straights and heavy braking zones, for thermal management, braking consistency and race pace.
Ambient temperatures ran above 28°C (over 82°F) throughout the program, which made it a real test of cooling, reliability and durability under sustained load. Summer heat is the normal operating condition here in Florida, so the cooling data matters to us.
Next step: setup work
"With the foundations now thoroughly validated under demanding real-world track conditions, our focus is on fine-tuning setups," said James Abbott, Co-Founder and Head of Product Development. The work covers everything from bumpy airfield venues to smooth Formula 1 circuits.
Order book
With the first demonstration cars nearly complete, Revolution had taken reservations on the first 17 HyperSports when this was published. Orders were open for the next batch of build slots, for delivery ahead of the 2027 season. Florida customers can reserve through our Tampa shop.
